FULFILLMENT

• Orders for in-stock items ship within 1-3 days of order placement, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

• All prices are set in $USD. We use STRIPE for processing our payments. Stripe uses HTTPS and other security best practices and is not susceptible to card testing. Your payment information is handled safely when doing business with PeachyKings.com

SHIPPING IN THE USA

• Peachy Kings uses USPS, UPS, & DHL to ship out our orders. Shipping costs are calculated at check out and determined by weight & location. Tracking numbers provided for all orders sent via email to customers once order is processed. 

• Free shipping available for all Domestic orders $200 or more via USPS.

• Peachy Kings is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to courier mishaps. However, we do want you to get your order ASAP… so, if an order takes an extra while to show up, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to help!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• First off, YES — we ship globally! We want to spread PEACHINESS around the globe! We aim to give you affordable shipping rates through USPS, UPS, and DHL.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout — determined by weight & location. Tracking is provided via email once order is processed.

• All VAT & DUTY fees are destination country specific and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Peachy Kings is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to international courier mishaps.  But if something does take a extra while to show up, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to help out!

• International Returns & Exchanges : Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We want you to be happy with your size and fit of your order. So if you need to make a return or exchange, start by emailing us at peachykingsstore@gmail.com . Please provide your order number & reason for return. If a size exchange is needed, please state that in your email as well.

-Swimwear & jock straps cannot be returned for a refund — but can be processed for an exchange.

• Once your return/exchange has been approved, your refund or exchange will be processed 7 days of the us receiving the item. We will alert your via email once your return / refund has been processed.

• All items must be in unworn/us-used condition.
